Public offer for services

This document is a public offer made by Individual Entrepreneur Boger Konstantin Viktorovich (OGRNIP 326547600049981, INN 540860070040), hereinafter "Provider", addressed to any adult individual (18 years and older), hereinafter "Customer", together "the Parties". Pursuant to art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this offer contains all material terms of a paid services agreement.

Age restriction 18+. The Platform is intended solely for adults. Registration and use of the services by persons under 18 are not permitted.

1. SUBJECT

• 1.1. The Provider grants the Customer access to paid information and analytical sections of https://statabet.ru ("Premium subscription") for a fee.
• 1.2. Premium services are strictly informational and analytical. The Provider is not a bookmaker, does not accept bets and does not organise gambling.
• 1.3. The Provider does not sell sports predictions and does not offer paid individual or group prediction services (tipster/capper services). All predictions, AI-model bets, recommendations, ratings and analytical materials published on the Platform are provided solely as analytical reference information and do not constitute an individual investment or commercial recommendation. The Premium subscription grants access to the Platform's analytical tools, not to paid predictions.
• 1.4. Acceptance of this offer is performed by paying for the chosen plan (art. 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

2. PRICE AND PAYMENT

• 2.1. Plan prices and durations are shown on the checkout page at the time of purchase and are recorded in the fiscal receipt. Payments are made in Russian rubles.
• 2.2. Payment is made by bank card via internet acquiring. The service is deemed rendered upon activation of the Premium subscription in the Customer's account.
• 2.3. Fiscal receipts are sent to the e-mail provided at registration in accordance with Federal Law No. 54-FZ.

3. REFUNDS

• 3.1. The Customer may withdraw from the agreement at any time pursuant to art. 32 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law and art. 782 of the Civil Code.
• 3.2. The Provider refunds the unused portion of the Premium subscription on a pro-rata daily basis, less actually incurred costs (acquiring fees).
• 3.3. Refund requests are sent to mail@statabet.ru with account ID and refund details. Processing time — up to 10 business days. Refunds are made by the original payment method.
